Me Audrey-Ann Voyer
Val-d’Or native, Ms. Voyer obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Biotechnology from the Université de Sherbrooke where she also completed a graduate diploma in Life Sciences and Law. This combined academic training allowed her to develop a varied skill set in the fields of Law and Science. Ms. Voyer was called to the Quebec Bar in 2012 and continues to further advance her legal expertise. Indeed, in conjunction with her work at the firm, she is currently writing her thesis in order to complete a Master’s degree in International Law with a focus on Environmental Law and Natural Resources.
Upon returning to the region, Ms. Voyer joined the Cliche Avocats firm where she currently practises in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, contract law, civil liability as well as labour law.
While she was employed in the Montreal region, Ms. Voyer was an active member of the Young Bar of Montreal. This involvement allowed her to work, amongst other things, on the issue of the employment situation among young lawyers as well as to participate in the Legal Clinic Telephone Line. Accessibility to justice is particularly important and motivated Ms. Voyer to get involved in the Juripop Legal Clinic as a volunteer lawyer at the Montreal Subway Legal Clinics and speaker for the Caravance 360o pour les ainés project during their visit in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue region.
